We currently ship exclusively within the United States. We do not offer international shipping, and we do not ship to U.S. territories, APO/FPO addresses, or PO Boxes that are not eligible for carrier delivery.

2. Shipping Costs

All orders within the United States include free standard shipping. There are no additional handling fees or hidden charges beyond the price shown at checkout.

3. Order Processing Time

Before your order is shipped, it goes through our internal processing steps, which include verification, inventory check, and packaging. Standard processing time is:

  • 1 to 3 business days for most orders.

Orders placed after 6:00 PM EST or during weekends/holidays will be processed on the next business day. Processing time is separate from carrier transit time.

4. Estimated Delivery Timeframes

After your order has been processed and handed to the carrier, the estimated transit time is:

  • Standard Delivery (United States): 7 to 14 business days

These timeframes are based on normal carrier operations. Actual delivery may vary depending on:

  • Distance from our fulfillment location
  • Carrier workload and routing
  • Weather disruptions or natural events
  • Local delivery conditions in your area

We do not guarantee arrival on a specific date, but we provide realistic estimates based on historical carrier performance.

5. Tracking Information

A tracking number will be sent to your email once the carrier scans and activates the shipment. Tracking information may take 24–48 hours to show movement after the label is created.

6. Address Accuracy

Please verify that your shipping address is complete and correct before placing your order. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by:

  • Incomplete or incorrect addresses
  • Missing apartment or unit numbers
  • Customer relocation after order placement

If a package is returned to us due to address issues, we will contact you to arrange reshipment.

Once a package is confirmed delivered to the provided address, TrivanoLiving is not responsible for loss or theft. However, we will assist you with a carrier investigation when possible.

  • Our mistake (defective or wrong item): We cover return shipping and issue a full refund.
  • Change of mind / buyer’s remorse: You pay return shipping; a full refund is issued once we receive the item in acceptable condition.

1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

All items are eligible for return unless explicitly marked as “non-returnable” on the product page (see Section 5). To be eligible:

  • The return request must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and undamaged.
  • All original packaging, tags, labels, manuals, and accessories must be included.

2. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

  2. Receive authorisation and return address: We will send you an RMA number and our return address, along with packing/shipping instructions. Please do not ship items before receiving these details.

  4. Ship your return: Send the parcel using a trackable shipping method. We will notify you once your return is received and inspected.

3. Refunds

  • Processing time: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will approve or deny the refund. Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days.
  • Refund method: Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
  • Sale items: Items purchased at a discount are eligible for return under the same conditions as full-priced items.
