All products purchased from Trivano Living are covered by a 30-day limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship.

The warranty period begins on the date of delivery.

2. What the Warranty Covers

  • Manufacturing defects (faulty stitching, defective components, broken parts on arrival).
  • Items that do not function as intended under normal use.

3. What the Warranty Does Not Cover

  • Normal wear and tear.
  • Damage caused by misuse, abuse, neglect, accidents, or unauthorized modifications.
  • Cosmetic damage (scratches, dents) that does not affect functionality.
  • Damage caused by improper handling or incorrect installation.

Evaluation

Resolution

If your claim is approved, we will provide:

  • A replacement item, or
  • A full refund to your original payment method.

Some minor defects may be resolved with replacement parts.

5. Shipping Costs

  • Approved Claims: Return shipping is covered by us.
  • Non-Warranty Issues: Return shipping is paid by the customer.

6. Extended Manufacturer’s Warranty

Some products may include an additional manufacturer’s warranty. Details will be provided in the product packaging.
